Thank you for applying for one of our rentals. All residents that are over the age of 18 must be on the property lease and must fill out an application. If any applicant is under the age of 21 they must have a cosigner and all cosigner must also fill out an application.
Requirements to lease
-650 or greater credit score
-No evictions in the last 5 years
-Combined tenants income must be at least 3 times the amount of monthly rent.
-Acceptable rental history from previous landlord.
If this application is accepted you will receive an email or phone call to schedule a viewing. After viewing if you would like to rent the property you will be sent a link for a credit and background check that will cost $30 to verify application acceptance.
